“I have been married for 17 years and have 1 child and 2 fur babies. I have been living in Jacksonville for the past 5 years and love being part of this growing gem of a city.

During my free time, I enjoy creating art, going for walks along the ocean and traveling.

Fun fact: I am the youngest of 9 children and became an aunt at the age of 9!”

CC Criollo is a Mental Health Therapist and Life Coach registered as an RCSWI in the state of Florida and graduated from Florida State University. She has over 10 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. She specializes in working with a variety of diagnosis including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Attention Deficit disorder (ADD), Anxiety, Depression, and Family Dynamic’s, and mood disorders.

CC also integrates holistic approaches based on Mindfulness whenever requested. Treatment is personalized and client-centered, based on the clients needs and what they would like to accomplish in their lives considering there current and projected  strengths and goals.

CC Criollo is trained in the following modalities: Client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, Play-therapy techniques, and Motivational Interviewing.

  • Masters of Social Work – Florida State University
  • Bachelors Degree – Arizona State University – Summa Cum Laude
  • Completed practicum at Beaches Therapy DBT and Mindfulness Center in Jacksonville Beach, FL
